Rouse Youth Football Association (RYFA) was established in the Spring of 2012 and is proudly operated in Leander, TX with the support of Rouse High School.
RYFA is the first youth football organization to offer the feeder program which teaches the fundamentals of being aRouse Raider
starting as early as the age of 5!
A consistent football program that starts as early as age 5 and continues through High School!
RYFA is one of several leagues within the AYF Central Texas Conference
Central Texas AYF now operates each league as a feeder program, partnering with the local high school coaches to develop young athletes in a way which lays the foundation for future expectations in their programs.

The specific verbiage stated in our bylaws outlines that the purpose of RYFA is to promote youth football/cheer/dance in
the Rouse High School
Leander Independent School District (LISD), to help young athletes attain a better understanding of fair play through competitive competition, to help our future Raiders develop a strong character emotionally and physically and to promote and encourage strong academic achievement.

Any parent who has been a part of RYFA during the prior football season or who has a child signed up to play in the upcoming season that would like to help make decisions and work with RYFA is asked to be a General RYFA Board Member.
General Board members serve on committees and are invited to all general board meetings. Each committee gets one vote as a whole.
How can you help?
We encourage as much parent participation in the organization as possible.
Without the parents, we simply cannot fulfill all of the duties necessary to cover all aspects of the RYFA organization.
Again, any parent who has been a part of RYFA during the prior football season or who has a child signed up to play in the upcoming season that would like to help make decisions and work with RYFA is asked to be a General RYFA Board Member
General Board members serve on committees and are invited to all general board meetings.
*If you wish to be a member of the Executive Board or an officer,
you must serve as an active
general board member for 1 full year prior to running.
RYFA is not a component of Leander Independent School District (LISD).
