ABOUT US
Rouse Youth Football Association was established in the Spring of 2012, operating as an association under the umbrellas of
the AYF Central Texas Conference.

As stated in our bylaws, the purpose of RYFA is to promote youth football/cheer/dance in the Rouse High School area of
Leander Independent School District (LISD), to help young athletes attain a better understanding of fair play through competitive competition, to help our future Raiders develop a strong character emotionally and physically
and to promote and encourage strong academic achievement.

Any parent who has been a part of RYFA during the prior football season or who has a child signed up to play in the upcoming season that would like to help make decisions and work with RYFA is asked to be a General RYFA Board Member. General Board members serve on committees and are invited to all general board meetings. Each committee gets one vote as a whole.

How can you help?

We encourage as much parent participation in the organization as possible.
Without the parents, we simply cannot fulfill all of the duties necessary to cover all aspects of the RYFA organization.

Again, any parent who has been a part of RYFA during the prior football season or who has a child signed up to play in the upcoming season that would like to help make decisions and work with RYFA is asked to be a General RYFA Board Member.
General Board members serve on committees and are invited to all general board meetings.

*If you wish to be a member of the Executive Board or an officer,
you must serve as an active general board member for 1 full year prior to running.
