Financial Aid Information
Welcome to the Financial Aid Request System.
Rouse Youth Football Association is a non-profit 501 c (3) organization run by
Our organizationís funds are limited. Financial Aid assistance will
be carefully selected according to each seasonís budget.
Financial aid is offered to those in need; decisions are not based on talent or achievement of the player.
Rouse Youth Football Association uses a variety of different tools to determine eligibility for financial aid. The
more specific you can be about your financial situation and/or need for financial aid, the quicker the
financial aid committee will be able to evaluate your application. The comments section of the request form should be used to outline why
your family is in need of financial assistance, your playerís love of the sport, his or her goals for football
and how the applicant believes that financial aid will help his/her player achieve their goals.
Please be sure to fill out this application in its entirety. Applications with missing information can delay approval or cause your request to be denied.
Please note that the Financial Aid Committee may request additional information via email, phone, or face-to-face with the parent to further
investigate the need for assistance or to inform the applicant of the terms for receiving financial aid.
Financial Aid is awarded in various amounts; not all aid is equivalent to
full player fee. Funds available for financial aid vary from year to year. You must apply for financial
aid each season as needed.
Awardees and their parents/guardians are asked to volunteer service hours in addition to any other required
volunteer hours or fundraising opportunities. Volunteers and fundraisers are the backbone of our
organization and your support is a necessary component.
NOTE: We can typically help you find equipment such as practice jersey, pants, and shoulder pads. We cannot provide helmets.
You can also check our Facebook page
as parents are always selling / giving away equipment.
All Information provided will be held strictly confidential and will not be used for any other purpose. Rouse Youth
Football Association will not share with anyone that you have applied and/or received financial aid.
False information given to the organization will result in your player being disqualified for financial aid.
